A lightbox is engineered light, not a bright box. Backlit fabric lightboxes in SEG frames, acrylic lightboxes, edge-lit panels, illuminated menu boards, backlit fascia and LED signage including channel letters. The difference between a good one and a cheap one is even light: no hotspots down the middle, no dark corners, no visible LED dots through the face. We work that out at the design stage, choosing the diffuser, the LED spacing and the cavity depth together, then build it in our own factory.

Even light is engineered, not hoped for. The section that fixes the cavity, the lit sample you sign off, our own bench seating the LEDs and the diffuser together. Then a face that glows edge to edge, with no hot spots and no dark corners.

What does a lightbox cost?
It scales with size, depth and whether it is indoor or weather-rated. A slim indoor menu board is modest; a large double-sided outdoor fascia with serviceable access is a different job. Send us the size and the location on WhatsApp and we will price it properly rather than guess.
How long does one take to make and install?
Most single lightboxes are a matter of a few weeks from approved drawings, because the frame, the face and the electricals are all made here rather than bought in from three suppliers. Multi-site rollouts get a schedule on the first call.
How long do the LEDs last, and what happens when one fails?
We specify LED modules and drivers rated for long service life, and we design the housing so the face and the modules can be opened and serviced without dismantling the sign. A lightbox you cannot open is a lightbox you throw away, so we do not build those.
Why do some lightboxes have bright and dark patches?
Because the LED spacing, the cavity depth and the diffuser were not matched to each other. Too shallow a cavity and you see the dots; too few modules and you get dark corners. We work all three out at design stage, which is why our faces read evenly across the whole surface.
Is there a minimum order?
No. We make one lightbox for one shopfront and we make hundreds for a chain rollout. For a rollout we build one standard and repeat it, so every branch is identical.
Can you match our brand colours in a backlit print?
Yes, and it needs saying that backlit colour behaves differently from colour on paper. We print backlit faces to a profile made for transmitted light and proof them lit, not flat, so what you approve is what you see switched on.
